• AWS RDS Data: On Swift SDK, ArrayValue type changes from [T] to [T?] so that null elements in SQL arrays may be preserved. Previously, executeStatement and batchExecuteStatement responses containing a NULL inside a SQL array failed with SmithyReadWrite.ReaderError.requiredValueNotPresent, so no records were returned to the caller -- this fix unblocks those queries (for example, SELECT ARRAY[1, NULL, 3]::bigint[] now returns [1, nil, 3] instead of throwing). Existing code that assigns array elements to non-optional variables may no longer compile; migrate by binding with if let, using the nil-coalescing operator ?? to supply a default, or calling .compactMap { $0 } to drop nils.
